Return and Refund Policy
We appreciate you selecting RADYAN for your personalized clothing and accessories. We are dedicated to giving you the best products and customer experience because we recognize the value of your special moments. Please carefully review our refund and return policy.
1. Exchanges & Returns
We print your order specifically for you, making it one-of-a-kind. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving your custom order if the finished item is noticeably different, inaccurate, incomplete, or defective. Send us an email at sales@radyan.com along with a picture of the problem and your order number. If correction is not possible, we will either refund the original payment method or reprint the incorrect piece or pieces.
Please be aware that items that are incorrect in terms of size, design, spelling, etc. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Every order is custom-made to your specifications and is not resalable.
2. Color and Sizing
Styles and manufacturers may have different sizing. View our sizing charts online under the product information. The colors on the screen might not match the ink or clothing exactly because of monitor settings. Before putting in a group order, we advise buying a sample order. Get in touch with us, and we'll help you get going.
3. Duration
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of order receipt. Please contact us no later than two weeks from the scheduled delivery date if your package is lost in transit.
4. Payment
The following major credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also provide "Amazon Pay." During checkout, choose your shipping and payment preferences from your Amazon.com account for Amazon Pay.
5. Manufacturing and Delivery
Every order is created by hand at our facility in Dallas, Texas. Recognize that the delivery alternatives you choose include production time in the times listed. Use the provided tracking number for tracking your order. In case of undeliverable packages, a reshipping fee of USD 15.45 (domestic U.S.) will apply.
6. International Orders
Orders placed from abroad will begin to incur shipping costs of USD 5.95. For more information, see our FAQ on International Shipping. Duty and tax payments are entirely your responsibility.
7. Coupons, Changes, and Cancellations
In your shopping cart, enter coupon codes. It is not possible to combine coupons. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations within one hour. Within an hour, cancellations will result in a 50% production charge.
8. Purchase orders for schools
Observe our purchase order guidelines for schools. Until the PO is received, orders will not be processed.
9. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
For out-of-stock items, you can exchange them for another item or get a refund.
10. Policy for Pricing
Special discounts, prices, and sale prices are all subject to change at any time. Regarding past purchases, we do not provide price adjustments.
11. Guidelines for the Community
For customer support, get in touch with us directly. Name-calling, using derogatory language, sending unsolicited emails, and discussing unlawful activity are all forbidden. Comment deletion may occur for violations.
