Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bangladesh
Salary: 16,000 to 20,000 BDT (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing graphics for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.
2. Design engaging and effective primary and secondary images for Amazon listings to enhance product visibility.
3. Develop high-quality banners and window graphics for promotional purposes, both online and offline.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
5. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Optimize graphics for online platforms, with a focus on Amazon’s specifications and best practices.
7. Utilize desktop design software to bring creative concepts to life and contribute to a cohesive brand image.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
2. Proficiency in desktop design tools, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
4. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
6. Familiarity with Amazon listing optimization is a plus.
7. Detail-oriented approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free designs.

Limitations:

1. This is a desktop-based position and proficiency in working on desktop computers is required.
2. Use of monitors for design work is mandatory; ensure optimal utilization of monitor setups.
